Our team from Perspective One was asked to create 4 exterior and 2 interior visualizations for the Middenduin-Zuiderloo residential project in Heiloo.
This is a building with 11 rental apartments with a living area of approx. 75 to 85 m2 that occupies a special position within the development of the Zuiderloo area.
There is an elevator in the building and storage rooms will be created on the ground floor.

Residents can park in a green parking box opposite the Haagbeuk.
This leaves plenty of space for greenery right around the apartment building and ensures a quiet living experience.
It stands out from the other sub-areas both architecturally and scenically.
Middenduin consists of an apartment building with the same height as the surrounding buildings.
At the Middenduin site, two toad tanks were created in 2019, in which natterjack toads can overwinter.
With this, Zuiderloo strengthens the identity of Heiloo.
