We realized a competition visualization for our client Grund Invest for the newly planned urban quarter "Alanbrooke" in the Riemekeviertel.

Single-family houses and condominiums are planned in Paderborn's outskirts, close to nature. With varied floor plans for different lifestyles, it is a project for young and old.

The center of the new residential area is a green oasis, which runs through the building area and thus offers an attractive lounge for the entire neighborhood.
