For the architects' office GIUBBINI, we created an appealing external visualization for the first construction phase of the, districts Kleinbruggen which inspired us to creatively use different color nuances thanks to the impressive facade planting of the property.

The area Kleinbruggen, which covers an area of 11.2 hectares in total, is located in the west of Chur, bordering the Ringstrasse, the Pulvermühlestrasse, the A13 motorway and the Rheinfelsstrasse.
The neighborhood plan Kleinbruggen is based on an urban development competition and the Kleinbruggen site plan. It forms the framework for creating an urban settlement that meshes with the adjoining landscape and forms a harmonious transition from the urban area to the natural landscape.

The construction areas each create a reference to the landscape and to an urban outdoor space. The landscape area can be experienced by residents and the public via terraces facing the landscape, cross connections and public footpaths, cycle paths and paths.
